Hi Everyone. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Mandy Price and, among other things, I am the number one tech mavin here at Sublamental. And I've been very busy. Due to an unfortunate incident on the very first day of March, the entire database for the Sublamental website was accidentally deleted. I'll spare you the painful details. This precipitated a complete rebuild of the site from the ground up, including rewrites of a lot of the text. So this is what I've been doing for the last two weeks. And if you tried to visit and found the site offline, this is why.
Seeing as how we had to start again from scratch we looked at this as an opportunity to change and improve some things. so the site has been somewhat simplified and streamlined. We have removed the right sidebar. We have removed the "Words" section and are replacing it with two new sections, "News" and "Biography". The latter section will not appear initially because we still need to rewrite all of the artist biographies to populate it. And we won't get to this until after the site has relaunched.
But the "Biography" section won't just have artist bios, it will also have other histories of the worlds surrounding our artists. We are very excited about this, but nothing has been written yet, so be patient.
We have also added an "All Releases" section so that you can browse through all of our releases at a glance, should you so desire.
If you see something missing on the site it's because we haven't put it in yet. We wanted to get the site back online ASAP, so some artist descriptions have not yet been posted.
We are very pleased to launch the rebuilt site with the new release from Notnef Greco, the fabulous Fooling the World! This is a stunning record that has been in constant play for me while working on the site. Check it out immediately! You won't be sorry you did!
