Last December Laszlo Spatchcock returned with a new direction and new sound. Unlike 2019's Nice Music for Morons, Schizofrizzi abandons improvised segments in favour of fully composed pieces. The music shifts effortlessly between EDM-style beats and acoustic drum-fueled passages in almost every song, defying categorisation while inventing a new style all its own.

It's time for another long overdue newsletter. This one is REALLY overdue as it's been almost a year since the last instalment. For this I can only apologise and assure you that while I may have been remiss in my duties, the musicians on the label have been tirelessly working to bring you as much music as they physically can. Dr. Harrison met Count G at his apartment in Manhattan, a classic 1910 building with a coach entrance and a view of Riverside Park. Shades of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, who must have grown up around the corner.
An Interview with Notnef Greco
Here at Sublamental, we are always searching for artists that break the mold. One of these unusual acts is a duo that goes by the bizarre name Notnef Greco. We have no idea what this means. After meeting them a few years ago at an experimental music festival, we were happy to release their first recording Deviant Horses, which they describe as “an underwater suite in three movements”.
