Pyramid Coil

Pyramid Coil is Count G’s inaugural return to music after a thirty year hiatus. It is a double album in the old traditional sense, where each box (side) contains a different set of objects. Box Drawers  (songs 1-8) is a poetic proposition. Box Feathers (songs 9-19) is just a mad proposition. The two boxes can be opened and listened to separately. While Box Drawers contains rather longer and more involved compositions of (literally) poetic and cinematic nature, Box Feathers contains short and punctual gems glued with improvisation, which, if you’re depraved enough, you might even dance to.
